Step1
Please first check that your estate agency is not already registered with Skilpad.Com. You can check by clicking on the Estate Agents Login Link and then clicking on the "Forgot Your Password" link and inserting your email. If you are already registered the system will send you your control panel login details.

Step 2
Complete the contact form on the left and click on the “Register” button. You will need to decide whether you want to update your listings manually via a control panel or whether you would prefer them to be automatically updated by our API system which will keep your listings on Skilpad.Com synchronised with the listings on your office website.

Step 3
You will receive a signup acknowledgement followed by an email with instructions on how to start enjoying your property listing benefits immediately.
