On this page we show how easy it is for estate agents to add video clips to their property listings on Skilpad.Com property portal.

STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL

A. Using a digital camera

• Shoot property video clip with your camera. Preferably do not exceed 60 seconds per clip

• Capture video clip to your computer

• Log in to your Skilpad.Com control panel (Email support@skilpad.com for assistance if you donot knowhow to log in)

• Click on "Property Listings/Show Listings" and choose a property to edit

• Scroll down to the "New Video" selector and browse to a video on your computer, and add it. After you save the page (using the "Save" button at the bottom of the page), a thumbnail of your video clip will be displayed on the bottom of the page (You can delete any video by clicking  on its thumbnail)

• View your video on www.skilpad.com by opening the relevant property listing page and clicking on the "Video" icon. (Tip: take note of the property reference number at the top of the page you have just edited, then select the "Reference Number Search" option to find your property on Skilpad.Com)

B. Using a cell phone (with video and WAP support)

• Shoot video clip with your cell phone. Preferably do not exceed 60 seconds per clip

• Either email the clip to your computer and follow the procedure outlined above, or upload the video clip directly to your Skilpad.Com property listing as follows:

1. Go to  http://www.skilpad.com/cp  on your cell phone (Tip: Bookmark this url for future use)
2. Then log in with your agent user name and password, select the property you want to edit
   
3. and use the "New Video" selector to add your video.  A link to the video will show at the     bottom of the listing after you have saved. (To delete a video, simply click on its  link)

• View your video on www.skilpad.com  (Note: While all property listings can be viewed on  cellphone at http://mobile.skilpad.com , you cannot view video on cell phone.)
  
  TIP: By logging in with your cellphone as outlined above you can do more than add or delete   video clips. You can also set a property listing's status as "On Show" or "Normal", specify the  "On Show"  date and time,  and add or delete images. Please note that if your listings are automatically updated by our system, any image that you delete may be reinstated when the system does its next update.

QUICK FACTS

• One video clip may be added to each property listing

• All agents with property listings on www.skilpad.com may use the system

• You may add video clips to your listings whether you normally add your properties via a control panel or whether your listings are updated automatically via our API system- Our video upload system accepts all common video formats and converts the video to Internet- friendly flash video
