Can't find the property you want with the Quick Search?
...Try the Keyword Search

The Quick Search is the default search method on our property portal. It has been designed to get you quickly and easily to your desired South Africa property search results by making a few selections (listing type, region, etc.) and then clicking the "Find Now" button.

But there may be times when the Quick Search is not the best option for you. For example, you may know the town you are looking for (e.g. Grahamstown) but you do not know its region. An easy solution is to click on the "Keyword Search" button on the right of the search box. This will open the Keyword Search tool where you can type in your keyword, i.e. Grahamstown. You can be even more specific, by typing something like "Grahamstown farm". 

The "Keyword Search" is also a handy option when you have very specific property requirements. For example you might want to search for "Tsitsikamma forest cottage" and if there is a listing that matches, Skilpad.Com will find it for you.

Please note however, that if you search for something that is not in our property database, you will get a "0 pages found" result. In such an event you could always request an "alert" and our system would notify you if we added a listing that matched your search parameters.
